39 Modification of Freedom of Information (Fees and Charges) Regulations
The Freedom of Information (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2003 of South Australia apply —
(a)
regulation 3, definition of concession cardholder, (a)(ii) — as if subparagraph (ii) were deleted and the following subparagraph substituted:
(ii)
issued by a participating jurisdiction,
(b)
regulation 6 — as if the regulation were deleted.
