(1)
In section 3 insert in alphabetical order:
Railway (Roy Hill Infrastructure) Agreement means the Agreement as defined in the Railway (Roy Hill Infrastructure Pty Ltd) Agreement Act 2010 section 3;
(2)
In section 3 in the definition of railways network after paragraph (ba) insert:
(ca)
the railway constructed pursuant to the Railway (Roy Hill Infrastructure) Agreement; and
