32 Avoidance of conflict of interest
The arrangements under section 28 must be such as to ensure that a relevant officer does not have a conflict between his or her duties —
(a)
as a person concerned in the performance of access‑related functions, on the one hand; and
(b)
as a person involved in other business of the railway owner, on the other.
