109 Moneys to be credited to account
There shall be credited to the Fidelity Account —
all sums paid to the credit of the Fidelity Account by agents and sales representatives by way of contribution or levy, in accordance with this Act; and
income derived from the investment, under section 108, of moneys standing to the credit of the Fidelity Account; and
all moneys transferred to the Fidelity Account under section 127(b); and
all money recovered by or on behalf of the State for the benefit of the Fidelity Account in the exercise of any right of action conferred by this Act or the Fair Trading Act 2010; and
any other money that may be lawfully credited to the Fidelity Account.
