Investment of moneys in account

In force

(1)

Moneys standing to the credit of the Interest Account may, until required for the purposes of section 127, be invested in the same manner as trust funds may be invested in accordance with Part III of the Trustees Act 1962.

(2)

Income derived from any such investment is to be credited to the Interest Account.
