23B Minister may delegate s. 23A powers

(1)

The Minister may, by instrument in writing, delegate to the Commissioner or any other person, either generally or as otherwise provided in the instrument, any of the Minister’s powers under section 23A but the Minister cannot delegate this power of delegation.

(2)

Anything done by a delegate under a delegation under this section has the same force and effect as if it had been done by the Minister.
