58 Developer to notify Commissioner of change in principal place of business
(1)
Where there is any change in the situation of the principal place of business of a developer, he shall immediately give written notice of the new situation to the Commissioner.
Penalty: $1 000.
(2)
Where written notice is given pursuant to subsection (1) the Commissioner shall change the registration of the principal place of business of the developer accordingly.
