22 Certain inducements prohibited
(1)
An agent or sales representative must not knowingly induce or attempt to induce a person to breach —
(a)
an appointment to act; or
(b)
a contract of sale of any real estate or business; or
(c)
a contract to lease any real estate or business.
(2)
An agent or sales representative must not knowingly induce or attempt to induce a person to enter into a contract under which the person would be liable to pay a commission to more than one agent or sales representative in relation to a sale or lease of any real estate or business.
