Code applies to all agents and sales representatives

In force

(1)

Each agent or sales representative acting for a client must comply with this code.

(2)

Subrule (1) applies to, and in respect of, all agents or sales representatives including where the agent or sales representative is a principal of a business or an employee of a licensee.
