25 Appointment of assistant returning officers and counting places to expedite count
(1)
Section 141 of the Electoral Act 1907 shall apply in relation to a referendum as if it were an election in a district.
(2)
Where a referendum is held on the same day as an election, appointments of assistant returning officers and counting places under the Electoral Act 1907 shall have effect for the purposes of the referendum.
