Such books, documents, ballot papers and other papers used for or in connection with a referendum as may be required by the Supreme Court under Part VI shall, upon an order of the Court, be produced by the Electoral Commissioner but shall not be available for any other purpose.
All books, documents, ballot papers and other papers used for or in connection with a referendum may, when the referendum can be no longer questioned, be destroyed by the Electoral Commissioner or with his approval, by any returning officer or Registrar.
