19 Recovery of amounts paid under a mistake of law or fact
(1)
A party to a long‑stay agreement is entitled to recover an amount paid to the other party under a mistake of law or fact relating to the agreement.
(2)
A long‑stay tenant may recover an amount mistakenly paid to the park operator by deducting it from rent payable by the tenant under the long‑stay agreement.
