29 Apportionment of rent
(1)
Rent payable under a long‑stay agreement —
(a)
accrues from day to day; and
(b)
must be apportioned accordingly when the agreement ends.
(2)
Any amount payable or recoverable as a result of the apportionment is payable or recoverable immediately.
