32G Long‑stay tenant’s conduct on premises

It is a term of a long‑stay agreement that the long‑stay tenant must not —

(a)

cause or permit a nuisance anywhere in the residential park; and

(b)

use the agreed premises or the shared premises, or cause or permit them to be used, for an illegal purpose.
