32J Long‑stay tenant’s responsibility for cleanliness and repair
(1)
It is a term of an on‑site home agreement that the long‑stay tenant must keep the site and the relocatable home on the site in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
(2)
It is a term of a site‑only agreement that the long‑stay tenant must —
(a)
keep the site and the exterior of the relocatable home on the site in a reasonable state of cleanliness; and
(b)
keep the relocatable home on the site in a reasonable state of repair so it is fit to live in.
