32R Notice of intention before end of fixed term long‑stay agreement
This section applies if —
a park operator entered into a fixed term long‑stay agreement with a long‑stay tenant; and
the agreement does not provide the long‑stay tenant with an option to renew.
A park operator must give the long‑stay tenant a written notice stating —
whether or not the park operator intends to renew or extend the fixed term long‑stay agreement or enter into a new long‑stay agreement with the tenant; and
if the park operator intends to renew or extend the fixed term long‑stay agreement or enter into a new long‑stay agreement — the proposed terms and conditions of the new agreement.
A park operator must give the long‑stay tenant the written notice within the prescribed time frame.
