47 When park operator is entitled to compensation

(1)

If a long‑stay tenant abandons the agreed premises, the park operator is entitled to compensation by the tenant for any loss (including loss of rent) incurred by the park operator as a result of the abandonment.

Note for this subsection:

The State Administrative Tribunal may make an order requiring the long‑stay tenant to pay the park operator compensation under section 70B(2)(b).

(2)

A park operator is also entitled to compensation if the State Administrative Tribunal orders compensation be paid to the park operator under section 73(2A).
