72 Orders to terminate agreement for breach by park operator
(1)
A long‑stay tenant may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for an order to terminate the long‑stay agreement on the grounds that the park operator has breached a term of the agreement.
(2)
The State Administrative Tribunal may make the order if it is satisfied that —
(a)
the grounds are made out; and
(b)
the breach is in all the circumstances such as to justify terminating the long‑stay agreement.
(3)
The State Administrative Tribunal must specify in the order the day on which the long‑stay tenant is to give vacant possession of the agreed premises to the park operator.
