83A State Administrative Tribunal may refer matter to Commissioner for investigation
(1)
The State Administrative Tribunal may refer a matter to the Commissioner for investigation if, while conducting a proceeding under this Act, the tribunal suspects that an offence has been committed under the Act.
(2)
If the State Administrative Tribunal refers a matter under subsection (1), the tribunal must give the Commissioner any relevant documents or other records in the tribunal’s possession.
