Restraining Orders Act 1997

If a court makes a behaviour management order, the registrar is to prepare the order in the prescribed form and —

cause the respondent’s copy and the respondent’s endorsement copy (if one is required to be served) of the order to be served on the person who is bound by the order; and

cause the applicant’s copy of the order to be delivered to —

in relation to an eligibility assessment order, or a variation or cancellation order relating to an eligibility assessment order, the eligibility assessor; or

in relation to a behaviour change order, or a variation or cancellation order relating to a behaviour change order, the behaviour change programme provider.

The registrar must cause a copy of the eligibility assessment report, a report under section 10V or a certificate under section 10W to be served on the respondent as soon as practicable, and not later than 10 days after a court receives the report or certificate, as the case requires.
