Part 3Misconduct restraining order
37 Duration of MRO
(1)
An MRO comes into force when it is served on the respondent, or if a later time is specified in the order, at that time.
(2)
Subject to Part 5, an MRO remains in force for the period specified in the order or, if no period is specified, for one year from when it came into force.
