Court to give reasons for certain decisions

In force

(1)

A court must give reasons for —

(a)

making an order relating to an FVRO under section 23(1)(b) or (c), 29(1)(b) or (c) or 40(3)(b) or (c); or

(b)

refusing to make an order under section 43(1) relating to an FVRO.

(2)

The reasons must address the principles referred to in section 10B(1)(a), (b) and (c).
