25 Identification cards
(1)
The issuing authority is to issue a warden with an identification card.
(2)
An identification card is to —
(a)
contain a photograph of the warden, the name of the issuing authority and either —
(i)
the name and signature of the warden; or
(ii)
a unique number that has been assigned to the warden by the issuing authority;
and
(b)
specify that the person to whom the card is issued is a warden and the nature of the warden’s functions.
