78 Providing evidence to other authorities
Any record, device or other thing seized, or any information obtained, under Division 5, 6, 6A or 6B may, for the purposes of law enforcement, be given to an Australian police officer or any public authority of any jurisdiction (including any corresponding authority) considered appropriate by the CEO or the Commissioner of Police, but only after consultation with the police force or public authority concerned.
