89 Individual may apply for more time to pay modified penalty
(1)
This section applies if —
(a)
an initial infringement notice is served on an individual; and
(b)
neither the modified penalty nor an instalment of the modified penalty is paid; and
(c)
the initial infringement notice is not withdrawn; and
(d)
the initial payment period set out in the initial infringement notice has not ended.
(2)
The individual may, in the manner specified in the initial infringement notice, apply to the CEO for more time to pay the modified penalty.
