4 Repeal
(1)
The Imperial enactment 18 & 19 Vict., c.111 (An Act to amend the Law relating to Bills of Lading) is repealed in so far as it is part of the law of Western Australia.
(2)
In respect of the Imperial enactment mentioned in subsection (1), Part V of the Interpretation Act 1984 applies as if a reference in that Part to the repeal of a written law or to the repeal of an enactment were a reference to the repeal of that Imperial enactment.
(3)
The Imperial Act Adopting Ordinance 1856 is repealed.
