Report to Minister about the place of custody for a person in custody during Governor’s pleasure

(1)

At any time the Minister, in writing, may request the CEO to provide a report of the kind mentioned in subsection (2).

(2)

Whenever the CEO gets a written request to do so from the Minister, or whenever the CEO thinks there are special circumstances which justify doing so, the CEO must give the Minister a written report on the place or places where a Governor’s pleasure detainee is or should be detained in safe custody.
