Reasons for decision may be withheld

This section applies to those sections in this Act which refer to it.

(2)

If a person is required to give a prisoner or supervised offender reasons for a decision, then if the person decides that it would be in the interest of the prisoner or supervised offender or any other person, or the public, to withhold from the prisoner or supervised offender any or all of the reasons, the person may do so.
