128 Inconsistency with former transitional provisions
If a provision of this Act, or the Sentence Administration Act 1995 2, that applies by virtue of this Division is inconsistent with a provision of the former transitional provisions, the provision of this Act, or the Sentence Administration Act 1995 2, prevails.
