134 Particular reports given under s. 74C may be amended or supplemented
If a report (an original report) in respect of a prisoner was given by the CEO to the Board under section 74C before commencement day —
the CEO may amend the original report to address the likelihood of the prisoner complying with the additional requirements in section 74G(1)(e)(iii) or (iv), (h) or (i) and give the amended report to the Board; or
the CEO may give the Board a report supplementary to the original report addressing the likelihood of the prisoner complying with the additional requirements in section 74G(1)(e)(iii) or (iv), (h) or (i).
An original report amended and given under subsection (1)(a) is taken to have been given by the CEO to the Board as amended when the original report was first given.
A supplementary report given under subsection (1)(b) is taken to have been given by the CEO to the Board when the original report was given.
