33 Prisoner may refuse to be released on parole
(1)
A parole order is not to be made in respect of a prisoner if the prisoner has given written notice that he or she does not want to be released on parole.

The written notice must be given to the Board which, if the parole order is to be made by the Governor, must forward it to the Minister.
