66K Releasing prisoners subject to Commissioner of Police report on parole
(1)
This section applies if —
(a)
the Board is required to consider whether to release a prisoner on parole under section 20(1); and
(b)
the prisoner is subject to a Commissioner of Police report that the Board, as constituted by the chairperson alone, is satisfied includes terrorist intelligence information.
(2)
The Board, as constituted by the chairperson alone, must decide whether to release the prisoner in accordance with section 20.
