74A Terms used
In this Part —
breach, in relation to a PSSO, means to contravene any obligation or requirement of the order;
cancelled PSSO has the meaning given in section 74K(1);
prisoner means a person —
who is serving a fixed term for a serious offence; or
who —
is serving a fixed term for an offence or offences other than a serious offence; and
has been serving that term at all times since completing a fixed term for a serious offence;
PSSO considerations has the meaning given in section 74B;
PSSO period has the meaning given in section 74E(2);
serious offence has the meaning given in the High Risk Serious Offenders Act 2020 section 5;
serious offender under restriction has the meaning given in the High Risk Serious Offenders Act 2020 section 3.
