102 General provisions
(1)
An order under this Part may be made in conjunction with any sentencing option available to a court sentencing an offender who is a natural person.
(2)
An order under section 106 may be made in conjunction with any sentencing option available to a court sentencing a body corporate.
(3)
An order under this Part forms part of the sentence.
