124C Orders under Criminal Organisations Control Act 2012
(1)
For the purposes of section 123, a control order made against an offender under the Criminal Organisations Control Act 2012 is taken to be an order made under this Part.
(2)
Only the Supreme Court can make a control order under this Part.
