136A Application of Division
This Division applies if —
(a)
the court that imposes a community order on an offender is a speciality court; or
(b)
an offender is committed for trial or sentence for an offence to a superior court by a speciality court and a community order is imposed on the offender by the superior court and the superior court orders that this Division is to apply.
