33M Application to amend or cancel PSO
(1)
An application to amend or cancel a PSO may be made only by the offender or a CCO.
(2)
The application must be made —
(a)
if the Children’s Court made the PSO, to that court; or
(b)
if the Magistrates Court made the PSO, to the Magistrates Court; or
(c)
if a superior court made the PSO, to that court.
(3)
The application must be made in accordance with the regulations.
(4)
On an application made under this section, section 33N applies.
