47 When CRO may be imposed
A court may sentence an offender under this Part only if the court considers —
(a)
there are reasonable grounds for expecting that the offender will not re‑offend during the term of the CRO; and
(b)
that the offender does not need supervising by a CCO during the term of the CRO.
