84H Application to amend or cancel CSI requirement
(1)
An application to amend or cancel a CSI requirement may be made only by the offender or a CCO.
(2)
Subject to section 84Q, the application must be made to the court that imposed the CSI.
(3)
The application must be made in accordance with the regulations.
