86 Term of 6 months or less not to be imposed
A court must not sentence an offender to a term of 6 months or less unless —
(a)
the aggregate of the term imposed and any other term or terms imposed by the court is more than 6 months; or
(b)
the offender is already serving or is yet to serve another term; or
(c)
the term is imposed under section 79 of the Prisons Act 1981.
