106 Investment of moneys in account
(1)
Moneys standing to the credit of the Interest Account may, until required for the purposes of section 105, be invested in the same manner as money standing to the credit of the Public Bank Account may be invested under section 37 of the Financial Management Act 2006.
(2)
Income derived from any such investment is to be credited to the Interest Account.
