34 Conditions on licences and triennial certificates
(1)
It is a condition of every licence that the licensee must comply with the provisions of this Act and the settlement agents’ code of conduct.
(2)
It is a condition of every licence that the licensee must comply with any special condition to which the licensee’s licence or triennial certificate is subject under section 34AA.
