88 Moneys to be credited to Account
The Fidelity Guarantee Account shall consist of and there shall be credited to the Account —
all sums paid to the credit of the Account by settlement agents by way of contribution or levy pursuant to this Act; and
income derived from the investment, under section 89, of moneys standing to the credit of the Fidelity Guarantee Account; and
all moneys transferred to the Fidelity Guarantee Account under section 105(b); and
all money recovered by or on behalf of the State in the exercise of any right of action conferred by this Act or the Fair Trading Act 2010; and
any other money that may be lawfully credited to the Fidelity Guarantee Account.
