111D Ceasing to be covered GESB Super Member
A covered GESB Super Member may opt at any time to cease to be a covered GESB Super Member.
An option under subregulation (1) is to be exercised by notice in writing or by telephone, received by the Board.
When a notice under subregulation (2) is received by the Board, the Member exercising the option ceases to be a covered GESB Super Member.
The Board may determine that a covered GESB Super Member who, as a result of options exercised by the Member under regulation 113(4), is not eligible for any insurance provided under regulation 111 or 112 ceases to be a covered GESB Super Member.
