Voluntary withdrawal from Gold State Super Scheme

(1)

A Gold State Super Member may apply to the Board to withdraw from the Gold State Super Scheme.

(2)

A Gold State Super Member who makes an application under subregulation (1) ceases to be an eligible Gold State worker on the day on which the application is received by the Board.
