93 Accepting Commonwealth payments
(1)
The Board may accept a Commonwealth payment for a person who is —
(a)
a Member; or
(b)
a Pension Scheme Member or a Provident Scheme Member; or
(c)
in receipt of a pension under the Pension Scheme, other than a reversionary pension; or
(d)
entitled to a benefit under the Pension Scheme or the Provident Scheme that is not yet payable.
