Offences to be dealt with summarily

In force

(1)

Proceedings for an offence against this Act shall be dealt with summarily in a court of summary jurisdiction.

(2)

Any penalty or forfeiture imposed under this Act shall be paid to the Town Trust of the town in which the offence was committed.
