17 Clause 3 amended
Clause 3 is amended as follows:
(a)
in the definition of “Scheme Act” by deleting the full stop and inserting instead a semicolon;
(b)
by inserting after the definition of “Scheme Act” the following definition —
“
Swan development control area has the meaning given to “development control area” in the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006.
