10G Financial assurance
(1)
It is a condition of a wagering licence that the wagering licensee must provide financial assurance of a kind, and within the time, specified in the licence.
(2)
The requirement to provide financial assurance continues to apply during any period of suspension and may, in accordance with the terms of the wagering licence, continue to apply after the licence has —
(a)
expired; or
(b)
been cancelled or surrendered.
