27 Racing Infrastructure Fund
(1)
An account called the Racing Infrastructure Fund must be maintained under the RWWA Act section 88.
(2)
The Racing Infrastructure Fund must be administered by RWWA.
(3)
Moneys standing to the credit of the Racing Infrastructure Fund may, with the approval of the Minister, be applied for providing and improving infrastructure for the State’s racing industry.
